Euro 2024 Outright Odds

The UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying play-offs are just around the corner, and it promises to be an exciting match. The tournament will decide whether the bottom three teams qualify for the UEFA Euro 2024 final tournament in Germany. So, let’s dive deeper into the preview and prediction and bet on the winning team.

Georgia vs. Greece

Georgia and Greece hang out in the conflict in the UEFA EURO Qualifiers 2023–24 showdown. This matchup will be held on March 26, 2024, at 10.30 p.m. at Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena, Georgia.

One-On-One Past:

  • The Georgian national team has never beaten Greece. In nine matches among these teams, there have been only two draws and seven wins for Greece.
  • The Georgian national team has never before reached the final stage of the European Championship. The Greek national team last played in the final stage of the European Championship in 2012.

Previous Rivalry:

Georgia finished fourth in Group A and failed to earn a direct qualification but advanced to the playoffs in the Nations League. Placed in Path C, the landlords beat Luxembourg 2-0 in the semi-finals to book a date with Greece in the final. The two teams last met in October 2021, with Greece winning 2-0. Georgia has recovered from a frustrating losing streak, winning three in five games. They are undefeated at home in four outings across competitions. It is crucial for Vijay Sanloy’s team that their main star, Khvicha Kavratskhelia, returns to the lineup for this game. The Napoli forward missed the semi-final match against Luxembourg due to a remission. The return of a well-rested Kvaratskhelia represents feasibly the highest boost that Georgia could have wished for ahead of such a momentous occasion, where the formidable Tbilisi crowd should more than play their part in their team’s endeavors.

Greece, on the other hand, made a better imposing during the qualifying cycle, but their chances of directly qualifying for Euro 2024 in a group with France and the Netherlands were minimal. However, in the playoff semi-finals, Greece played a perfect match against Kazakhstan, which ended in a 5-0 win. Moreover, Greece scored four goals in the first half alone. Piratiko will take confidence from their stunning head-to-head record over Georgia, who have yet to beat Greece. However, Greece faces a tougher challenge this time, as long as what’s at stake. This will be a match between two really better teams, but the class of the Greek national team is slightly higher. Even though I predict a triumph for the away team.

Ukraine vs. Iceland

On the matchday of the UEFA EURO Qualifiers show, Ukraine is entering into a clash with Iceland. The set is going to be on March 27, 2024, at 1.15 a.m. at Wroclaw Stadium, Poland.

One-On-One Past:

  • Ukraine have not lost any of their last nine home matches. They have won 11 of their past 20 matches. They have kept five clean sheets in their past ten home matches. Ukraine has scored two or more goals in nine of their past 20 matches.
  • Iceland have conceded two or more goals in five of their last ten away matches. Iceland have won three times and lost twice in their last five away outings.

Previous Rivalry:

Ukraine closely missed a direct qualification in the group stage, as they finished third, level on 14 points with second-placed Italy. The Azzurri snatched Group C’s second ticket based on first-rate head-to-head points (4-1). Ukraine, though, advanced to the playoffs, beating Bosnia and Herzegovina 2-1 in the Path B semi-finals. An average of 1.55 goals scored and 0.85 conceded in the previous 20 matches and an average of 2.40 goals per game in the previous 20 matches of the Ukraine side. They had the most corners in eight and the least corners in nine of the last 20 series. Ukraine team player Sergey Krivtsov got a knee injury in the position of defender and scored two matches, and he is questionable for forthcoming matches.

Iceland conveyed Israel a 4-1 thrashing in the Path B semifinals to set up a meeting with Ukraine in the final. The eventual winner will be empowered for the Euro 2024 finals. Iceland is hoping to return to the competition following a fairy-tale debut in 2016, which ended in the quarterfinals. They head into the conflict off three straight wins. Iceland will take confidence from their away victory over Israel. Iceland will desire their chances, boasting three wins in five tours across competitions. Iceland defenders will upgrade to keep him in check. So, Ukraine comes in as the frontrunner based on their superior recent form and quality.

Wales vs. Poland

Wales are gathered up into the square-off among the Poland national football team in the UEFA EURO Qualifiers 2023–24. This series is fixed for March 27, 2024, at 1.15 a.m. at Cardiff City Stadium, Wales.

One-On-One Past:

  • Wales have lost their last five games against Poland across competitions. Wales have won three times and drawn twice in their five home games. They have scored 12 goals and conceded four in their last five games.
  • Poland have won once and lost four times in their last five away outings. Wales have won three times and drawn twice in their last five games, the same as Poland.

Previous Rivalry:

Wales are looking to qualify for a third consecutive European Championship, having previously appeared in the 2016 and 2020 editions. In Euro qualifiers played at Cardiff City Stadium, Wales have only lost one of their former 15 (10 wins, four draws). Harry Wilson had been directly involved in six goals in nine appearances in the Euro 2024 qualifying campaign (three goals, three assists), the most of any player for Wales. The Fulham midfielder has assisted a goal in each of his record two outings, while his 16 chances formed are also the most of any player for the Dragons in this qualifying campaign. Following their 4-1 victory over Finland, Wales stretched their unique run to seven matches (four wins, three draws); only recently have they recorded a longer flash without defeat under Robert, four wins and five draws.

Poland, on the other end, could be a stumbling block this time, being a daunting nemesis for the Welsh outfit. In nine clashes, Poland boasts seven wins and just one loss. Poland has participated in the European Championship since 2008 and is hoping to clinch a fifth straight qualification. They are undefeated in five clashes with Wales across competitions both home and away. Robert Lewandowski had been directly involved in 24 goals in his past 27 appearances for Poland (16 assists, eight assists), although he has not scored in any of his three games against Wales. However, home advantage could not be in favour of Wales, who have been invincible at Cardiff City Stadium. Hence, Poland will have better chances to hold on to victory in their anticipated matches.
