The National Hockey League is one of the most famous professional ice hockey competitions in the world. During the NHL regular season, several matchups are scheduled for March 8, 2026. Meanwhile, the Minnesota Wild, Utah Mammoth, Nashville Predators, and Winnipeg Jets show a moderate flow throughout the season. At the bottom, the Chicago Blackhawks and the St. Louis Blues are struggling with inconsistent form.

In the Pacific Division of the Western Conference, the Vegas Golden Knights lead the standings with strong performances. The Anaheim Ducks and Edmonton Oilers have recently displayed winning form. The Seattle Kraken, Los Angeles Kings, and San Jose Sharks rank in the middle of the Pacific Division. At the bottom of the standings, the Calgary Flames and Vancouver Canucks were weak, which underlined their position.
