Qualifying Rounds (Non-League Teams)
Extra Preliminary Round: Level 9 (Step 5) clubs and lower-ranked or newly promoted Level 8 (Step 4) clubs.

Competitions have the option of providing referees, assistant referees and fourth officials with body cameras
